Our Aims 2007–2010
- To engage in capacity building of artists and volunteers in order to support the delivery of programmes and events that reflect the diversity of the region
- To challenge perceptions and promote equality and mutual understanding
- To provide unique opportunities for artists to develop and share their knowledge and expertise in partnership with artists from other cultures and backgrounds
- To provide unique opportunities for the appreciation of diverse cultures
- To proactively engage with people who little or no exposure of the cultural richness of our multicultural society
- To ensure that ArtsEkta continues to be the leading arts based organisation for ethnic arts
