- Access to the event site will be by ticket only. Re-admittance is subject to available capacity.
- Ticket holders can watch watch the arrival of Little Amal by boat at Donegal Quay from 6.30pm but will onyl be re-admitted to Custom House Square subject to available capacity
- This event is standing only. If you have any accessibility requirements please contact us in advance.
- ArtsEkta reserves the right to ask any patron(s) to leave the event should their actions or behaviour, cause any other person to feel unsafe while at the Event.
- No alcohol is permitted in the event site
- Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult
- No glassware or cans permitted on site
- Food facilities available at Custom House Square and Donegal Quay
- No barbeques or naked flames
- Once on site you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability
- No dogs are permitted on site, except for guide dogs.
- Cyclists should dismount and secure their bicycles before accessing the event site
- No designated parking for this event, please use the ample city centre parking available or public transport.
- Charity collections, leafleting and other promotional activity cannot take place onsite
- By booking a ticket you agree to be filmed or photographed in large crowds without prior consent. If a specific image of an individual or a group is the focal point of a photograph, you will be asked for your consent to use the image and to complete a form(s) in line with the General Data Protection Regulation/Data Protection Act 2018.
- This outdoor event will happen regardless of weather conditions as long as its safe to do. Please dress accordingly. Given the nature of the show no umbrellas are permitted on site as they will affect sight lines.
