- Access to the event site will be by ticket only. Re-admittance is subject to available capacity.
- This event is standing only. If you have any accessibility requirements please contact us in advance.
- ArtsEkta reserves the right to ask any patron(s) to leave the event should their actions or behaviour, cause any other person to feel unsafe while at the event.
- No alcohol is permitted in the venue
- Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult
- No glassware or cans permitted on site
- Food or drink facilities are available at Belfast Castle
- Once on site you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability
- No dogs are permitted on site, except for guide dogs
- Cyclists should dismount and secure their bicycles before accessing the site
- Designated parking for this event has been arranged at Ben Madigan School, 690 Antrim Rd, Belfast BT15 5GP, on a first come, first served basis.
- Charity collections, leafleting and other promotional activity cannot take place in th evenue
- By booking a ticket you agree to be filmed or photographed in large crowds without prior consent. If a specific image of an individual or a group is the focal point of a photograph, you will be asked for your consent to use the image and to complete a form(s) in line with the General Data Protection Regulation/Data Protection Act 2018.
