Bringing together the tastes and traditions of County Down with flavours and cultures from around the world, The Harvest Feast is an afternoon for all ages to eat, explore, create and celebrate together.

Food sits at the heart of the festival. Discover seasonal dishes, watch live cooking demonstrations, sample flavours from different cultures and hear the stories and traditions behind the food we share.

Alongside the food programme, enjoy live music and entertainment, browse an artisan food market, get creative with hands-on workshops and soak up the colours and atmosphere of Rowallane Garden in autumn.

Food brings us together

The Harvest Feast forms part of Shared Table: Tastes & Traditions of Rowallane and Beyond, a community programme delivered by ArtsEkta that brings people from different backgrounds together through food, storytelling and shared cultural experiences.

The project explores the connections between food, heritage, identity and belonging – from traditions rooted in County Down to the recipes, flavours and stories brought by communities from around the world.

The Harvest Feast brings those ideas to life in a public celebration where everyone is invited to come together, share experiences and discover something new.

Tickets are free, but advance booking is recommended.

The Harvest Feast is delivered by ArtsEkta in partnership with The National Trust. Part of a project supported by Newry, Mourne & Down District Council under PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
