ArtsEkta reserves the right to ask any patron(s) to leave the event should their actions or behaviour, cause any other person to feel unsafe while at the event.
No alcohol is permitted in the event site
Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult
No glassware or cans permitted on site
There are no food faciliities on site
No barbeques or naked flames
Once on site you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability
No dogs are permitted on site, except for guide dogs.
Cyclists should dismount and secure their bicycles before accessing the event site
Parking facilities are available at Colin Glen Forest Park (Mountain Entrance) on a first come first served basis
Charity collections, leafleting and other promotional activity cannot take place onsite
By attending you agree to be filmed or photographed in large crowds without prior consent. If a specific image of an individual or a group is the focal point of a photograph, you will be asked for your consent to use the image and to complete a form(s) in line with the General Data Protection Regulation/Data Protection Act 2018.
