A Night in Tunisia

Step into the colours, flavours and rhythms of Tunisia as we launch Silk Road Journeys, a new immersive cultural experience from the Silk Road family.

This specially curated evening in partnership with Cathargo, invites you to explore Tunisian culture through food, creativity, and live cultural experiences, inspired by the historic exchange of ideas, craft and cuisine along ancient trade routes.

From the scent of freshly ground spices to the sound of traditional North African music, the evening is designed to transport you to the vibrant courtyards and medinas of Tunisia.

What to Expect

• Harissa Making Workshop – Discover Tunisia’s most iconic ingredient in this interactive demonstration. Learn about the spices and traditions behind harissa before creating your own blend to take home.
• Tunisian Mosaic Making – Led by a local artist, this hands-on creative session introduces the geometric beauty of Tunisian design. Guests will create their own mosaic tile coaster inspired by traditional patterns to keep as a souvenir of the evening.
• Tunisian Sharing Mezze – Enjoy a selection of small sharing dishes served throughout the evening, celebrating the bold flavours of North Africa. Expect warming spices, fresh herbs and dishes designed to be enjoyed together.
• Tunisian Music & Dance– Immerse yourself in the sounds and spirit of Tunisia with traditional music creating a lively medina atmosphere throughout the evening.
• Mint Tea & Sweet Treats – Close the evening with traditional North African tea and time to relax, connect and share experiences with fellow guests.

All for £35pp including booking fees.

This event is BYO – you are welcome to bring your own bottle to sip on through the evening.
