Belfast Equinox is an immersive, cross cultural storytelling experience developed with citizens from across the city to celebrate age-old mythology surrounding the Equinox.

In many cultures, the equinox marks a time of transition and new beginnings. This project celebrates age-old mythology, rituals and traditions from around the world re-told through music, dance, procession, lighting and fire.

On 25th March 2022, we transformed the Belfast Harbour Marina with a free event that brought over 300 citizens of the city together to tell the story of the Equinox through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
