No tickets are required, however in the event of large numbers the tour may be suspended or re-routed.
ArtsEkta reserves the right to ask any patron(s) to leave the tour should their actions or behaviour, cause any other person to feel unsafe while at the tour.
No alcohol is permitted on the tour
Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult
Once on the tour you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability
No dogs are permitted on the tour, except for guide dogs.
Cyclists should dismount and secure their bicycles before commencing the tour
No designated parking for this event, please use the ample city centre parking available or public transport.
Charity collections, leafleting and other promotional activity cannot take place during the tour
If a specific image of an individual or a group is the focal point of a photograph, you will be asked for your consent to use the image and to complete a form(s) in line with the General Data Protection Regulation/Data Protection Act 2018.
This tour will happen regardless of weather conditions as long as its safe to do. Please dress accordingly.
