Silk Road Supper Club

Silk Road Supper Club — Chinese New Year

Celebrate the dawn of the Lunar New Year with an immersive feast as we welcome the Year of the Horse — a symbol of movement, freedom, vitality, and new journeys. Inspired by centuries of Silk Road trade and cultural exchange, this supper club brings together the vibrant flavours, rituals, and stories of Chinese New Year in a beautifully curated dining experience.

Teaming up with Neighourhood Cafe, gather around a shared table laden with dishes rich in symbolism and seasonal spirit. Our menu, curated by chef David Lee from Fired, weaves traditional elements with contemporary flair, honouring the way Chinese New Year is celebrated across regions — from northern dumplings to southern longevity noodles, steamed fish for abundance, and sweet rice balls for harmony.
