Join Laura Lee for a charity yoga class to raise funds for Al Jawad Camp in Gaza, an initiative driven by journalist and community activist Hadeel Al-Gharbawi.
The school provides a safe place for children who have been displaced to continue their education and delivers meaningful activities such as art and yoga, whilst providing emotional support from a psychologist. The funds raised will support Hadeel to continue running the school and purchase vital equipment and food for the children.
Ticket prices range from £5 – £20 with all proceeds going directly to Al Jawad Camp. If you are unable to make it and would still like to donate, you can donate directly to the Al Jawad fundraiser page
The class is suitable for beginners and it will be a heart-opening practice, with a focus on cultivating compassion and gratitude🙏
Wear comfortable clothes (it’s recommended you practice barefoot, but if you prefer you can wear grippy socks) and bring some water and a yoga mat
